2. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Once the customized product is confirmed and enters the production process After that, it is deemed as confirmed by the customer and no changes or cancellations will be made.

3. Product Features and Usage Suggestions

  • All custom-made products of this brand All are handmade, slight differences in details are normal and not defects.

  • Under normal wearing conditions, the gemstones can be kept firmly in place, but due to the handmade nature, there may still be a few minor falls.

  • It is recommended to avoid strong collision when wearing. Strenuous exercise , heavy pressure or water exposure to maintain the integrity and service life of the product.

4. Maintenance and after-sales service

  • Within six months from the date of purchase, If the gemstone or accessories fall off, you can send the product back and the brand will provide free repair service

  • If gemstones or accessories fall off after six months, the brand will charge for repair and shipping costs depending on the situation.

4. Repairs and After-Sales Service

  • Within six months of purchase, if gemstones or components fall off, customers may return the item for free repair service .

  • After six months, repair and shipping fees may apply, depending on the condition of the item.
