一、商品製作與出貨時間

• 本品牌商品多為訂製製作，付款完成後即進入製作流程。

• 預估製作與出貨時間約 2–4 週，實際出貨時間將依產品不同與狀況調整。
  

二、退換貨政策

• 訂製商品一經確認且進入製作流程後，視同顧客確認，一律不再異動或取消。

三、商品特性與使用建議

• 本品牌所有訂製商品皆為手工製作，細節略有差異屬正常現象，非瑕疵。

• 在正常配戴情況下，寶石皆能穩固保持，但由於手工製作特性，仍可能存在少數輕微掉落的情況。

• 建議配戴時 避免強烈碰撞、 劇烈運動、重壓或下水，以維持商品完整性與使用壽命。
  

四、維修與售後服務

• 購買日起六個月內，如遇寶石或配件掉落，可將商品寄回，本品牌將提供 免費修補服務
  

• 六個月後如遇寶石或配件掉落，品牌將視情況酌收維修與運費。
  

五、訂單審查與權益保留

• 本品牌保留以下情況取消或拒絕訂單之權利：

  • 訂單資訊有誤或不完整

  • 惡意下單或不實資訊

  • 商品缺貨或製作能力超出負荷

六、條款修訂

• 本服務條款如有修訂，將於本網站公告，不另行個別通知。

Terms of Service – Def the One

Welcome to the official website of Def the One (hereinafter referred to as “this Website”). By completing a purchase on this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. Product Production and Shipping Time

• Most Def the One products are made-to-order. Once payment is completed, the production process will begin.

• The estimated production and shipping time is approximately 2–4 weeks, but the actual schedule may vary depending on the product and circumstances.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

• Once a custom-made product has been confirmed and entered production, it is deemed final and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

3. Product Characteristics and Usage Guidelines

• All custom products are handcrafted. Minor variations in details are normal and not considered defects.

• Under normal wear, gemstones are securely set; however, due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship, there is still a small possibility of minor stone loosening or falling.

• To ensure product integrity and longevity, we recommend avoiding strong impacts, intense activities, heavy pressure, or water exposure while wearing.

4. Repairs and After-Sales Service

• Within six months of purchase, if gemstones or components fall off, customers may return the item for free repair service.

• After six months, repair and shipping fees may apply, depending on the condition of the item.

5. Order Review and Rights Reserved

Def the One reserves the right to cancel or reject orders under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect or incomplete order information

• Malicious or fraudulent orders

• Out-of-stock items or production capacity exceeding limits

6. Revisions to Terms

• Any revisions to these Terms of Service will be announced on this Website without individual notification.
